European type tire specially for electric cars.

complete low-noise technology exclusively for electric vehicles

double advantage
thanks to ion innovative technology, ion i*cept pushes the boundaries of compromise to achieve optimal performance. ion i*cept is specially adapted for electric vehicles, but also equipped with the best of both worlds.

ride in peace
noise-proof technology
the electric motors are almost silent, so the driver hears more noise from the tires. thanks to the i sound absorber technology, the ion i*cept offers a quiet and pleasant ride at all speed ranges.

minimized tread pattern noise
v-shaped displacement pattern

ion i*cept's v-shaped pattern diffuses road noise by alternating between inner and outer blocks on road contact, which also provides additional snow grip.

optimized multi-step sequencing using opti pitch technology
with opti pitch technology, tire noise can be drastically reduced. ion i*cept has optimized the number and size of pitches to hear more of what matters.

minimized cavity noise
noise protection technology
applied inside the grooves, the ion i*cept noise protection technology effectively reduces the noise of the tread pattern in contact with the road by expanding the surface of the groove.
