Braking tests have shown that the braking distance of the ice-2 is 3% shorter than the ice-1 model.

The smaller sipe design in the center shortens the distance between sipes from 5 mm to 4.5 mm, which can increase the number of sipes when the tire touches the ground and improve performance on ice and snow.

Compared to the old compound, the new ice-2 compound improves braking performance in wet and dry conditions by 20%.
