Nankang Ice Activa Ice-2
2020 tire model

directional pattern design and multi-step design, the number of lateral grooves has been increased from 120 to 152, which not only increases the drainage ability on wet ground, but also improves the traction during braking and acceleration on snow.

Braking tests have shown that the braking distance of the ice-2 is 3% shorter than the ice-1 model.
The central, interwoven horizontal groove pattern helps improve road grip and reduce noise.

The smaller sipe design in the center shortens the distance between sipes from 5 mm to 4.5 mm, which can increase the number of sipes when the tire touches the ground and improve performance on ice and snow.

Compared to the old compound, the new ice-2 compound improves braking performance in wet and dry conditions by 20%.
