apply an even layer of rema tip top special cement bl or fast dry cement bl to the roughened inner surface of the tire and wait until the solvent evaporates completely.
remove the protective film from the bond layer
focus up the patch on the affected area
roll the patch vigorously with a narrow pressure roller, moving from the center to the outer edges to avoid trapping air.
after removing the protective film of the patch, cover the roughened interior of the tire, which is not covered by the surface of the patch, with innerliner sealer.
