The rubber Cut 414 cutter is a device designed to deepen the tread pattern and renew it after tire repair. It allows you to make a cut with a depth of up to 16 mm and a width of up to 28 mm.

The rubber Cut 414 device is designed for continuous intensive work and allows for fast and precise cutting. It is equipped with a flexible power cord with a length of 240 cm, which allows the device to be used freely during the reconstruction of the tread. The cutter design has four special pockets that allow you to store the knives, ensuring their constant availability to the operator.

Ergonomic, lightweight handle and low weight of the device ensure comfort during work. The transformer is equipped with four temperature regulators, in addition, the additional min / max selection allows you to choose a total of 8 heating levels and allows for quick and precise grooving of the tread. Modern technology ensures high safety and long service life. The device complies with GS safety standards, an automatic switch made according to DIN 30600 protects against overheating.

The rubber Cut 414 tire cutter is equipped with a safety device, which is a thermal overload protection for the transformer. This protection constantly evaluates the amount of heat released in the transformer (and therefore its temperature). If the temperature rises dangerously, the protection triggers the transformer to shut down.

The cutter is manufactured in protection class IP 44, which means protection against objects larger than 1mm and protection against water splashing from any direction - in practice, the device is sealed, preventing dust and dirt from getting wet and entering the housing.

The notcher also has a hole for attaching to the wall for the operator's convenience.

The device is adapted to work with Rema Tip-Top knives, type R, size 1 to 5, with a round contour and type W, sizes 1 to 6, with a trapezoidal contour.

Knives are not included with the cutter.
